I offer flat fees on all business services. Paying hourly rates can often make you feel like you are being nickel-and-dimed with $20.00 for a phone call here and $40.00 for a letter there. With flat fees you know what you are going to pay up front and so can budget for it. You also don't need to worry about running up your bill by calling or emailing me with questions. Having open and frequent communications is very important, so all communications are built into the quoted fees.

To be proactive about your business you need to have frequent and active communications with your lawyer. The best way to do this is by enrolling in a membership plan. Three member plans are available to fit your budget and business needs.

Your business, like the world, is constantly evolving and changing. Once a year I will sit down with you for a thorough discussion of your business. In this meeting we will look back at the previous year and help you plan for the next 12+ months. We will look back at any legal issues your business faced and determine how to prepare for or prevent those issues from arising again. We will also review your operational documents and update them if necessary.Business Check-ins
Regular check-ups are essential to any business. With all the things that business owners need to do, from marketing to inventory to finances, it can be overwhelming. And it can be easy to overlook things when you get caught up in running your business. I will meet with you quarterly, bi-monthly, or monthly to discuss your business. These are very conversational meetings which allow me to check on your business's progress and make sure all your legal needs are being met. Discussion topics can range from company policies you may have or need to specific legal issues you are facing to general business advice.Basic Documents
Each plan comes with basic documents. That means either I will draft a contract, lease, or other agreement for you, or I will take an existing document and review and revise it for you. The list of basic document is periodically updated, increasing the value of your membership.- Commercial lease
